
Yoga Sadhana Intensive Course:
Three months intensive yoga course, in order to obtain the discipline and the experiences of intensive Yoga Sadhanas.
The participants increase Yoga practices along with study of Yogic philosophies and Bhakti Yoga writings.
WHEN TO PARTICIPATE : After successful conclusion of Tulasidalam Yoga Teachers Training Course or equivalent Yoga practices,
reaching the level of yoga practice with a balanced mind and stable spiritual evolvement.
CURRICULUM :Yoga: Intensive practicing of Yoga asanas and in particular of Pranayama, in accordance with Bandhas and Mudras
following the traditional yogic rules .The participants practice meditation process under the personal guidance of the Guru.
The yoga texts followed will be • Srimad bagawad geetha • Srimad Devi Bhagavatham, classical Bhakti Yoga writings.
Meditation: • Silence Meditation• Mantra meditation. Nourishing guidance for intensive Yoga practice.
Accommodation, food and facilities: Shared accommodation with cot, mattress, pillows, sheets and Mosquito nets.
Clean Bathrooms. Food provided will be kerala vegetarian dishes.
To maintain the purity and spiritual atmosphere of the yoga ashram
the yoga students are required to avoid non-vegetarian food, narcotics, alcohol or cigarettes during the stay.

Donation: Donation for Yoga Sadhana course is 5000 euros per person which includes accommodation and food (100 days) and the tuition fees.
Routine:
6.30am:silent meditation; 7.00am :satsang ; 7.30am -9.30am :yoga asana session
10.00am:breakfast ; 10.30am-11.00am:self service/karma yoga
11.30am-12.30 noon: yoga workshops/theories
1.00pm: lunch ; 3.00pm-4.00pm:yoga theories/workshops
5.00pm-7.30pm :yoga asana session with sandhya vandhan; 8.00pm :supper
9.00pm : Study of yoga scriptures and personal study
!0.00 pm: Pranayama and yoga meditation
11.00 pm: night rest
What to bring?: Bring your personal items, towels, Mosquito lotions. You can bring comfortable fitting tops and
stretchable pants for yoga practice. Do bring your favorite religious or non-religious scripture or book.

About the Yoga center: The Yoga Center was found by Shri Raman PiIlai 70 years before.
With the vision to offer facilities for deep yoga studies the School of Yoga Pada was opened by the ashram
under the guidance of Sinduamma, for all yogic aspirants in 2003 .
The yoga classes are given in the traditional Gurukula samprthaya, where the student stays with the Guru
for the duration of study gaining the experience of YOGA SADHANA.
The yoga center is situated in a small village, Thelliyoor, in Kerala ,India which is blessed with green nature, peace and silence.

What is special about doing the Yoga Sadhana course at School of Yoga pada? This yoga course is mainly aimed to help a
'Mumukshu', Striver to evolve with personal yogic experiences leading towards spiritual illumination.
The Sadhaka should follow the yoga course with devotion, dedication and trust getting very deep guidance at every step from the Guru.
Once you complete Tulasidalam Yoga Sadhana course you become a life long member of the yoga foundation
availing facilities of the yoga ashram offered at membership rates (Scale II) which will be detailed on registration.
**On completion of this yoga course you are eligible to join the Yoga Community living.
So the courses offered by the school is a continuous path of yoga living.

How to reach Tulasidalam School of Yoga pada: If you are coming to Trivandrum or Cochin airports you can take a taxi to the railway stations.
From there to THIRUVALLA. Pickups will be arranged from Thiruvalla railway station to the center which is 17kms(on request).
From Trivandrum or Cochin airports the distances are approximately 155kms to Tulasidalam. You can also contact the center
by email or phone to arrange your transportation to the center.
To check-in: You have to reach the center the day before the yoga course commences. Duly fill in the passport and
visa details on arrival along with the C- form. Please make the donations on arrival to receive the vouchers of admission.
