Meditation induces a blissful state of RESTFUL alertness in the body and mind.
During the practice of meditation, mind settles down to its most silent restful state and so the body which is totally with the mind goes to the restful state as well, a state of rest, deeper than sleep. The consciousness achieved through the regular practice of meditation provides nourishment to all aspects of life – body, mind and soul increasing the creativity of the person. This self exploratory journey of self transformation through self-observation.....through self consciousness dissolves mental impurities bringing out a balanced Positive and compassionate mind.
The conscious contact with the unlimited energy received through meditation helps to flow through the life, with less strain, with more enjoyment. Through the regular practice of the process to meditation you walk with consciousness of witnessing, to awareness and to absolute consciousness.
The meditation practiced under the guidance of YOGA helps with cleansing of all the impurities physical, mental and spiritual. The process helps you in meditating, we take you up the path to the gate of the garden where the most valued experience and the total state of bliss is yours.

Meditation course:
This is a 10 days meditation course based on the yoga traditions.
You are guided through the Chakra meditation /Om meditation and
the Natya yoga(dance)meditation. The sessions includes therapy on personal levels.
This Meditation course is conducted by the School of Yoga Pada, Tulasidalam ,India.

Course Prerequisites:
The art of Meditation for enjoying the objective and subjective levels for all.
It’s mainly to help the aspirants into the levels of dharana and dhyana.
The course is more beneficial for those who have completed the Yoga TTC at any centers.

About the Yoga center:
The Yoga ashram was found by Shri Raman PiIlai  in 1937.
With the vision to offer facilities for deep yoga studies the School of Yoga Pada was opened by the ashram under the guidance of Sinduamma, for all spiritual aspirants in 2003 .

The meditation classes are given in the traditional Gurukula samprthaya, where the student stays with the Guru for the duration gaining the experience.

The yoga center is situated in a small village, Thelliyoor,Kerala, India which is blessed with green nature, peace and silence. All the modern amenities are within your reach.

What is special about doing the meditation course at School of Yoga pada? The meditation course is mainly aimed to help the aspirant
evolve with personal experiences. The number of the seats is limited for the purpose that every aspirant gets very deep guidance at every step of the meditation course.
The yoga meditation courses offered by the school is a continuous path of yoga living.

Accommodation, food and facilities:
Shared accommodation with cot, mattress, pillows, sheets and Mosquito nets.
Clean Bathrooms. Food provided will be kerala vegetarian dishes.
To maintain the purity and spiritual atmosphere of the yoga ashram
all participants are required to avoid non-vegetarian food, narcotics, alcohol or cigarettes during the stay.

Donation:
Donation for meditation retreat is 500 Euros per person includes accommodation and food (12 days) and the course fees.

Routine:
6.30am: silent meditation; 7.00am: satsang ; 7.30am -8.30am :yoga asana session
8.30am-9.30am: Pranayama& meditation
10.00am: breakfast; 10.30am-11.00am:self service/karma yoga
11.30am-12.30 noon: meditation
1.00pm: lunch; 3.00pm-4.00pm:workshops/free
5.00pm-7.30pm: Pranayama and yoga meditation sandhya vandhan; 8.00pm: supper
9.00pm: Meditation and personal study
!0.00 pm: night rest

What to bring:
Bring your personal items, towels, Mosquito lotions. You can bring comfortable fitting tops and
stretchable pants for yoga and meditation practice. Do bring your favorite religious or non-religious scripture or book.

How to Register:
Put in a request by email to receive the application form and the meditation course details. 

How to reach Tulasidalam School of Yoga pada:
If you are coming to Trivandrum or Cochin airports you can take a taxi to the railway stations.
From there travel to THIRUVALLA. Pickups will be arranged from Thiruvalla railway station to the center which is 17kms (on request).
From Trivandrum or Cochin airports the distances are approximately 155kms to Tulasidalam.
You can also contact the center by email or phone to arrange your transportation to the center.

To check-in:
You have to reach the center the day before the meditation course commences. Duly fill in the passport and Visa details on arrival along with the C- form. Please make the donations on arrival to receive the vouchers of admission.
