The Yoga Ashram was found by Sri.Raman Pillai in 1937 in Thelliyoor ,Kerala under the name Sreeramashram.

The 100 years of his life is a torch to the  practice of  Bhakti Yoga. In 1988 as he took leave of his karaya sharira the ashram was passed on to the careful hands of Sinduma. With purity and serenity the yoga mission is continued to be practiced. This residential yoga center is an embodiment of yoga living, to enjoy the nature and the peace, thus developing a positive outlook. Here you live to understand the values of yogic service. This living is the way of inspiring the inner-self letting you imbibe the essence of meaningful simple life. To live this, one does not require move away from the material world, but to change the perspective outlook on time, space and life.

School of Yoga Pada was opened by the center in 2003 under the guidance of Sinduma  offering  facilities for deep yoga practices to spiritual aspirants. The school is registered Tulasidalam Samskarika kalakendra ,Sreeramashram Society, as a government recognized institution. Guiding the various yoga courses to reach the different levels of spiritual evolvement it now offers facilities of  Yoga community living.

There is an art study center and ayurvedic center at Tulasidalam. The accommodation for all the courses are offered on sharing basis. The travel desk helps you to organize the sightseeing and weekend travels to the closest tourist destinations and for house boat trips.

 TULASIDALAM ashram, which is an embodiment of simple living, is live to enjoy the nature and the peace, thus developing a positive outlook. Here you live to understand the enjoyment of selfless service.

TULASIDALAM retreat center is set against a backdrop of fields and hills ,with the holy river Pampa flowing through it’s south. The morning yoga and meditation classes are taken on the river sands all the summer .The river is used for swimming .

The ashram provide facilities for Ayurveda and also cultural and art classes at Samskarika kalakendra.
